- New process-driven UI which will be available and extended to On Premise Orgs and all CRM entities - JavaScript is supposed to be supported in Dynamics CRM 2013 whereas it currently isn’t supported with the process-driven UI entities in CRM Online with the December 2012 Online release

Dynamics CRM release cycle would consist of two big releases
per year.
Gartner recently reported that Salesforce.com overtook SAP
as the industry's largest CRM vendor, with Microsoft coming in fourth after
Oracle.
As of Microsoft's third fiscal quarter ended March 31, it
had 39,000 Dynamics CRM customers, spanning 3 million users.
